‘A Place in Bubión’ is available to let as a holiday home throughout the year. The apartment has recently undergone a total refurbishment
The apartment is a comfortable two bed-roomed traditional cottage on one floor and is situated at the southern end of Bubión.
The living area consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with two doors opening onto the terrace with spectacular views.
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, grill, microwave oven, large fridge / freezer and washing machine.
It is a two bed-roomed apartment that sleeps 4 persons – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both rooms have ample closet space. The bathroom comprises a bath with shower overhead, wash basin and WC.
Linen, including towels (not pool/beach towels) is all provided along with central heating for the cooler months. There is an open fire in the lounge and wood can be purchased locally. For a small fee we will be happy to stock your fridge on arrival with essentials - just let us know what you require in advance.
The apartment is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and there is a fire extinguisher in place.
The apartment also benefits from the shared use of a beautiful large swimming pool with barbeque area and large patio for sun bathing. The pool is open in July and August.
2008 prices for ‘A Place in Bubión’
Low Season rates - £275.00
Rest of Year rates - £350.00
Rate per night (minimum 2 nights) - £85.00
Low Season - 5th January - 28th June 2008 excluding Easter period. 30th August until 20th December 2008
Rest of Year rates - High Summer (28th June until 30th August 2008), Easter (15th March until 18th April 2008) and Christmas / New Year (20th December 2008 until 3rd January 2009)
These rates are for seven nights based on up to 4 persons. Bookings for less than 7 nights are available on request.
The arrival and departure day is Saturday although this can be flexible at certain times of the year.
