‘A Place in Bubión’ is available to let as a holiday home throughout the year. The apartment has recently undergone a total refurbishment.
Traditional Spanish cottage
The apartment is a comfortable two bedroom traditional Spanish cottage on one floor and is situated at the southern end of Bubión.
Spectacular views
The living area consists of a large open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen with two doors opening onto the terrace with spectacular views.
Well equipped kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with a gas hob, grill, microwave oven, large fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Sleeps 4 people
It is a two bedroom apartment that sleeps 4 people – one with a double bed and one with two single beds. Both rooms have ample closet space. The bathroom comprises a bath with shower overhead, wash basin and WC.
Open log fire
Linen, including towels (not pool/beach towels) is all provided, along with central heating for the winter months. There is an open fire in the lounge and wood can be purchased locally. For a small fee we will be happy to stock your fridge on arrival with essentials - just let us know what you require in advance.
The apartment also benefits from the shared use of a beautiful large swimming pool with barbeque area and large patio for sun bathing. The pool is open in July and August. From 2010 there will be a village swimming pool just 5 minutes walk away.
The apartment is fitted with smoke and carbon monoxide alarms and there is a fire extinguisher in place.
2010 prices for ‘A Place in Bubión’
Low Season rates - 335.00 euro
Rest of Year rates - 460.00 euro
Rate per night - 75.00 euro (minimum 2 nights)
High Season - High Summer (3rd July until 4th September 2010), Christmas/New Year (18th December 2010 until 1st January 2011)
Low Season - rest of year
These rates are for seven nights based on up to 4 persons. Bookings for less than 7 nights are available on request.
The arrival and departure day is Saturday although this can be flexible at certain times of the year.
